Who is responsible

What this covers

This policy covers visits to this website and inquiries you send us by email or phone. If we work together under a contract, the data processing agreement for that engagement applies in addition.

Hosting and access logs

The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. as our hosting processor. When you open a page, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and time of access is processed to deliver the site reliably and securely. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are not merged with other data.

Contacting us

When you write to info@oratio.ba or call us, we process the contact details and content you provide to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence only as long as needed to deal with the matter and any follow-up obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no marketing or tracking cookies without your consent. Analytics tools load only after you accept them in the cookie banner; the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the button below. If you decline, no analytics run at all. Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) captures how you use and interact with this website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, using first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies. We use this data to understand and improve how the site works. Microsoft may additionally use the collected data for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement: www.microsoft.com/privacy/privacystatement If we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), it likewise loads only after your consent, with IP anonymization enabled.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw any consent with effect for the future. You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in Bosnia and Herzegovina the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZLP), and if you are in the EU or EEA, the authority of your place of residence.
