Merhaba Istanbul!

After our trip together to Budapest, our by-now firmly established Oratio team trip took us to the fascinating metropolis of Istanbul.

Four days full of new impressions, shared experiences and unforgettable moments. Four days that once again showed that real team spirit is not born in the office.

With 43 employees in total, we set off together for a city that has connected cultures for centuries. Because that is exactly what this trip was about. Bringing people together, strengthening team spirit further and creating memories that reach far beyond the daily routine.

You don’t just visit Istanbul. You feel the city.

The anticipation was palpable already on the flight over. Together we experienced a metropolis where Europe and Asia meet in a unique way and where history, culture and modernity merge into one.

During our stay we visited the impressive Hagia Sophia, the world-famous Blue Mosque, the magnificent Topkapı Palace, the historic Sultanahmet Square as well as the colourful Grand Bazaar, whose colours, scents and lively atmosphere make Istanbul so unique.

Of course, a trip across the Bosphorus could not be missing either, the strait that separates Europe and Asia and connects them at the same time. The view of the Istanbul skyline from the water is without doubt one of the moments no one on our team will forget any time soon. We also explored the lively İstiklal Caddesi and the Galata Tower, and enjoyed the exceptional Turkish cuisine together.

Between the first coffee together in the morning and the last conversations in the evening, exactly what makes every strong company culture took shape. The feeling of being part of something bigger.

Every day brought new impressions. Every shared step through this remarkable city created new memories. Memories that last far beyond these four days.
