Team spirit isn't built in a meeting room

On 13 June we swapped the daily office routine for a day on the Neretva river. For a whole day, nature, teamwork and shared experiences took centre stage.

Rafting, exciting activities, good food and plenty of conversations away from the daily grind. It is exactly these moments that remind us why a strong team needs more than shared meetings and video calls.

Because exceptional collaboration does not begin at the workplace.

Why days like these matter to us

Of course the rafting was a special experience.

What really stayed with us, though, only showed afterwards.

When colleagues master challenges together, relationships form that no workshop can build. Communication becomes easier, collaboration more natural and mutual trust grows.
